To install run
tar -C / -xjf psi-dev-YYYY-MM-DD.tar.bz2
in the download directory as root
(or arrange for write permissions in /opt/psi-0.13-dev-txt/ otherwise)

then run psi with /opt/psi-0.13-dev-txt/psi
